Any information we collect from you will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will keep your personal information confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except a qualified Solicitor who will need this information in order to contact you regarding your legal query. We will only release your personal information if it is deemed necessary by law, or to comply with a regulatory or legal process, or where we need to disclose the information to provide a service that you have requested. We will always advise you before this happens.

If you have given us your contact details, we will respect this by not sending you any marketing material through mail, telephone, fax or email.

Your communications may route through a number of countries before being delivered - this is the nature of the internet.
