What am I entitled to?
Remember, if you have been involved in an accident in the last three years you may still be entitled to claim. You may also claim for compensation for an accident to a child up to their 21st birthday, regardless of when the accident occurred.
If you have been involved in an accident that wasn't your fault, you may be entitled to a wide range of services that will not cost you anything. Your solicitor will be able to provide you with the full list of your entitlements.
For example:
- Legal representation, with the first interview free of charge;
- a replacement car or motorcycle if your accident involved a road crash;
- home nursing and other support services to help with your rehabilitation;
- private medical treatment if required;
- compensation for any losses, damages and expenses incurred as a result of your accident. This could include loss of earnings and travel expenses, etc.
